Easy Interface

An accessible interface is essential in a PIM. You need to be able to intuitively import, manage and edit your items. At OneTimePIM, we provide the additional options of Spreadsheet View and Gallery View. Spreadsheet View displays an Excel-style interface, while Gallery View lets you see your product information alongside associated media.

Category Management

Categories are a fundamental way of managing your data. At OneTimePIM, you can create as many categories as you like, and arrange them in any order with our drag-and-drop feature.

Flexible Channels

You need channels if you want to store variations of your product information. For example, maybe you want to save product data in a different language or sell on a different platform with specific requirements. OneTimePIM lets you create unlimited channels to make this process easier.

Integrated Digital Asset Management

Digital Asset Management (DAM) stores media associated with products, such as pictures, videos or PDF datasheets. Many companies charge extra for this feature, but at OneTimePIM we believe it’s an essential service, so we include DAM with the PIM at no additional cost.

Product Variant Options

How do you manage variations of the same product, such as a T-shirt in five different colours? Maybe you want to keep most of the information the same while allowing one variable. Our product variant options let you do exactly that, by locking selected information and keeping other information flexible.

External Users Feature

This is helpful if you want to share your data with an external party, but don’t want them to be able to edit it. With OneTimePIM’s external users feature, you can choose which data you want to share and provide a view-only version.

Streamlined Export

Once you’ve made your modifications, you need a streamlined way of getting your data out of the PIM. In our system, you can either schedule your export at a specified time or perform it immediately.
