External Users Access

Give your customers direct access to the data you want them to see

• Allow customers to access the PIM directly while selecting the specific attributes and products you want them to see.

You can add your customers directly to the PIM system with OneTimePIM’s external users feature. There is no limit to the number of external users you can have. These users will see a stripped-back view-only version of the PIM system. You can give them permission to export the data themselves if you wish.

You can also upload your own logo to appear for external users and upload a Terms & Conditions document that they have to agree to in order to access the PIM.
